Situation desperate!
Off-white walls, pebble-beige floor, days of rain and mist, gray sleeping cat.
Brain drained of color, mind devoid of thought, body lethargic, breathing slowing down. Vital signs wavering! Visual transfusion, Soul Food needed stat, mental stimulation, prompts take care of that. Therapy suggestions? Journal, sketch, create, stories, drawings, poems, edit, share, and wait. Heather’s prognosis, consciousness restored, heart beat increasing, returned to life once more!

Right you are–grey needs vivid spots, a red collar for kitty and some bright pots on display I once had a kitchen that was solid grey now I have colors in the tiles, a potted plant and blue curtains. Fran
It took me awhile to get used to the sensory deprivation on the 11th floor. Now I’ve come to appreciate the delicacy of the mists and the hazy days, but am I glad I have paints and colored pencils! Need that splash!
Sounds like a nice kitchen
Thanks for stopping by, Fran. Hope you’re feeling better.
Gosh, Barbara, this is a lovely, lovely blog.
I can hear the colors calling you from here! I sometimes drift into shades of grey myself but don’t stay there for long. Go forth in joy and colorize! And please let us see the results of your creative efforts!
Thanks, Monika–I’m working on it.
Hi Sally, just scroll down for the photo collage. I tried to put it in the “gray” post but every time I did, it tangled into my gallery pictures. I finally had to post it separately. I’m not sure if it was a glitch or if you can’t do both gallery and single photo in one post.
